Résumé

Ignored or relegated to the outer margins of philosophy for centuries, plants have encroached upon 21st century thought together with the realization that the planetary crisis of the Anthropocene requires, in addition to the sustained critique of capitalism, significant shifts in Northern/Western epistemologies. Thinking with plants cultivates the “ecology of practices” of a “cosmopolitics” in Isabelle Stengers’ sense, in which “cosmos” stands for not for one, but for “multiple, divergent worlds,” and the translative, sometimes bewildering articulations between them.
